ABC Melbourne: My Saturday

This week's 'My Saturday' features author and former outdoor education teacher Mark Smith. Mark reads a beautiful story about one of his childhood heroes, the great South Melbourne footballer Bob Skilton. It's the story of a young fan, a bulging duffle coat and a front page photo on the Herald. 

Mark writes novels, short fiction and non-fiction. His latest novel, Three Boys Gone, is a psychological thriller about an impossible choice and how tragedy tests and defines us.
